About:
FIFTY & Strong is an online workout program designed specifically for the people above the ages 50. The program is ideal to help this crowd get started with their fitness journey. The classes will be conducted over Google Meet and are a mix of bodyweight strength basics and yoga.
Focus of the program:
- Flexibility and Strength Building
- Slow-paced, physio recommended workouts to improve health
- Yoga Balanace and Breath Training for relaxation for the mind
- Movements to avoid the risk of falls and injuries
- Low-impact cardio sessions
