Join us in playing Touch Rugby, a simplified, minimal contact version of Rugby 7s.
These sessions are open to all women!
The drills will be designed to have fun and at the same time, learn the sport!
Session requirements :
Comfortable workout clothes, shoes (turf shoes/running shoes/training shoes), water bottle and lots of enthusiasm!
The session is 90mins long, and will consist of a warm-up, sport based drills which are fun and athletic, a small game and a cool down at the end. It is a super fun start to your day and apart from that, even helps you get in your cardio for the day!
