Location : St Andrews, Bandra
Time : 8:00-9:30pm
Day : Tuesdays
This session is open to all women at the Beginner level of the sport! The basketball drills will be designed to both push you and at the same time, build on your basics!
This session is 75 mins long, and will consist of a warm-up, basketball drills which are fun and athletic, a small game and a cool down at the end. It is a super fun activity to add to your day and apart from that, even helps you get in your cardio for the day!
What to wear? Comfortable workout clothes, incase you don't have access to basketball shoes, training shoes would be sufficient.
What to bring? A bottle of water, a towel to wipe off sweat (if required) and loads of enthusiasm to play!
