It will be a 5v5 game with substitutes and a mixed-format game, which means there will be men joining in for these as well. The reason we are doing this is to give you amazing women more match based experience in football and to have high intensity games, definitely improves that!<br /> <br /> Please note that it is necessary for you to have prior experience with the basics of football.
