Hey Ladies!
We are thrilled to introduce Kickboxing to our session offerings!
These sessions are open to women of all fitness and skill levels. Each session is 90 minutes long, and includes warm up, a series of high-energy workouts that combine self defense techniques and strength training followed by a relaxing cool down.
Come and experience Kickboxing , and walk away feeling strong, confident and inspired!!
Just turn up in comfortable athletic clothes and bring a bottle of water. The session will be done barefoot, and necessary equipment will be provided at the venue to each participant.
