Hey Ladies! </br> We are thrilled to introduce Kickboxing to our session offerings! Its Bring A friend session! </br> These sessions are open to women of all fitness and skill levels. Each session is 90 minutes long, and includes warm up, a series of high-energy workouts that combine self defense techniques and strength training followed by a relaxing cool down. </br> Come and experience Kickboxing , and walk away feeling strong, confident and inspired! You can bring your friend along as your +1 for the session on September 11th! Kindly ensure to inform the SIS team the details of your friend after you book the session! </br> Just turn up in comfortable athletic clothes and bring a bottle of water.
