1 session - Biomechanical Assessment
To understand current variation in the posture, imbalances in the muscles and mobility in the joints along with fitness status which will help in ruling out future risk of injuries.
4 sessions - Postural & Functional Training
An exercise plan designed based on your assessment with a focus on training to correct your posture and be functionally fit in doing your professional work or household work. Performing day to day at a level which doesn’t make your feel tired rather more energetic.
1 session - 45 mins - Sports massage
After putting yourself through the load of training, recovery is a must to perform better each day.
