1 session - Injury Assessment
Injuries cause by overuse or weakness or repetitive stress in IT Professionals with extensive use desktop/laptop, people who require constant standing like bakers, teachers, homemakers and anyone who works round the clock or doesn’t work as long. Assessment is a must to understand the main cause of the injury.
6 sessions - Physiotherapy Treatment & Rehab
Based on the assessment, treating the injury in form of Manual Therapy, Mobilization and Manipulations, soft tissue and myofascial release, Dry needling etc, is the next step along with a systematically designed rehab plan to go back stronger.
1 session - 45 mins - Sports massage
After putting yourself through the load of training, recovery is a must to perform better each day.
