Features of the PERFORM Program Include -
1 session - Biomechanical Assessment
To understand current variation in the posture, imbalances in the muscles and mobility in the joints along with recognizing whether the fitness status of an individual is able to meet the demands of the sports they play.
6 sessions - Strength and Conditioning
Understanding the individuals requirements and pushing in the right direction whether it be Upper & lower body explosive, Co-ordination, Speed & Agility, Muscle & Cardiovascular Endurance or Strength.
1 session - 60 mins - Sports massage
After putting yourself through the load of training, recovery is a must to perform better each day.
