BBALL WITH THE SISTERS - FRIDAY - INTERMEDIATE SESSIONS
Bring out those kicks and get your bounce on, we're getting out on the court to play some BALL!
These sessions are open to all women at the intermediate level! The basketball drills will be desgned to both push you and at the same time, build on your existing basics! A bit of prior playing experience is required, not recommended for beginners. Each session is 90mins long, and will consist of a warm up, basketball drills which are fun & athletic, a small game and a cool down at the end, It is a super fun start to your day and apart from that, even helps you get in your cardio for the day!
What to wear? comfortable workout clothes, incase you don't have access to basketball shoes, training shoes would be sufficient.
What to bring? A bottle of water, a towel to wipe off sweat (if required) and loads of entusiasm to play :) See you on the court sisters!
