Hey ladies, get ready to play some Bball with us!
These sessions are open to all women at rhe beginners level of the sport. The basketball drills we be designed to both push you and at the same time, build on your basics! Each session is 90mins long, and will consist of a warm up, basketball drills which are fun and athletic, a small game and cool down at the end. It is a super fun activity to add to your day and apart from that, even helps you get inyour cardio for the day!
