It will be a 5v5 full Court game with substitutes and a mixed-format game, which means there will be men joining in for these as well. The reason we are doing this is to give you amazing women more match-based experience in basketball and to have high-intensity games, definitely improves that!<br /> Please note that you must have prior experience with the basics of Basketball.
